Optical Eye Care Protection Plan
EYEWEAR CARE AND SERVICES
The Following services are always provided by Halpern Eye Associates at no additional charge to keep your eyewear looking and feeling their best.
- Eyewear adjustments
- Minor repairs
- Thorough frame and lens cleaning
Halpern Eye Associates recommends cleaning your glasses, in the following manner:
- Use a quality lens cleaner on your lenses.
- Rub lenses gently with fingers to remove any abrasive particles from the surface.
- Rinse lenses with water.
- Dry lenses with a quality soft cloth or tissue.
EYEWEAR DELIVERY
Your eyewear has been fabricated by our in-house laboratory using the latest technology and the highest quality materials.
You will receive the following:
- Verification of eyewear by our lab technicians and certified Opticians.
- Personal adjustment for proper fit and comfort.
- Individual instruction and explanation of the Halpern Eyewear Protection Plan.
- Eyewear usage and proper care.
- We appreciate your business and look forward to serving your eyewear needs in the future.
EYEWEAR PROTECTION PLAN
For a fee of $25 Halpern Eye Associates agrees to repair or replace, at our discretion, accidentally broken or damaged lenses and frames for a period of 18 months from the original date of purchase with a fee.
